REFUND OPTIONS
1: Is my purchase refundable if I don't like the artwork mockups?
YES. If you don't approve the preliminary design artwork, your tent will not go to print and a refund will be issued.
2: Is a custom printed tent refundable after I approve artwork?
NO. Once artwork is approved and goes to print, we can not issue a refund.
